Oral Presentation Guidelines (15-minute time slot)
Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 or Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 on the PC platform is required. Your presentation must be saved in one of these formats to ensure problem free operation at the conference. Each meeting room will be supplied with alaptop running Windows XP. Mac users should convert and test their presentations on a PC before arriving at the meeting.
Standard Equipment: Each presentation room will be equipped with one screen, a data projector, a podium microphone, a laptop computer and a laser pointer.
Poster preparation
Presentations should be in poster, portrait orientation layout. Maximum size is 70 cm x 100 cm. Make your posters eye-catching and easy to read. Posters should be legible from a distance of at least 2 meters. Velcro pieces or pushpins will be provided to facilitate mounting of poster.
